We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling financial and administrative responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cash control and ensure accurate handling of funds.
Manage and record petty cash transactions.
Prepare and assist with reconciliation of ledger accounts.
Support the finance department with general administrative tasks.
Job requirements
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (a plus).
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
