Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling financial and administrative responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash control and ensure accurate handling of funds.

  • Manage and record petty cash transactions.

  • Prepare and assist with reconciliation of ledger accounts.

  • Support the finance department with general administrative tasks.

Job requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (a plus).

  • Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
