F&B Supervisor - Livingstone Resort

Livingstone Resort is seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at the Livingstone Resort. As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage department.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service. You will work closely with the F&B Manager to maintain high standards of service and ensure guest satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and training F&B staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of food and beverages served
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new menus and promotions

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
