Food & Beverage Manager Position at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to become a part of our team at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao and The Rif at Mangrove Beach. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at our all-inclusive resort.

  • Lead and manage a team of skilled individuals within the Food & Beverage department

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and maintain guest satisfaction levels

  • Handle inventory management, budgeting, and cost control effectively

  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate the overall dining experience for our guests

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience

Job requirements

In order to be considered for the Food & Beverage Manager role within the Food & Beverage department at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao and The Rif at Mangrove Beach, candidates are expected to possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior F&B leadership role, preferably in an (all-inclusive) resort environment

  • A degree in hospitality management or a similar field

  • Previous experience within Hilton or Marriott is a pre

  • Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations

  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities

  • Aptitude for formulating and executing F&B strategies

  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management principles

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Keen attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset

  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting

  • Appropriate qualifications in hospitality or a related discipline
