Job description

  • Lead and manage a team of skilled individuals within the Food & Beverage department

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and maintain guest satisfaction levels

  • Handle inventory management, budgeting, and cost control effectively

  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate the overall dining experience for our guests

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior F&B leadership role, preferably in an (all-inclusive) resort environment

  • A degree in hospitality management or a similar field

  • Previous experience within Hilton or Marriott is a pre

  • Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations

  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities

  • Aptitude for formulating and executing F&B strategies

  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management principles

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Keen attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset

  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting

  • Appropriate qualifications in hospitality or a related discipline
