
Job description
Lead and manage a team of skilled individuals within the Food & Beverage department
Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and maintain guest satisfaction levels
Handle inventory management, budgeting, and cost control effectively
Develop and execute strategies to elevate the overall dining experience for our guests
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
Job requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a senior F&B leadership role, preferably in an (all-inclusive) resort environment
A degree in hospitality management or a similar field
Previous experience within Hilton or Marriott is a pre
Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations
Effective leadership and team management capabilities
Aptitude for formulating and executing F&B strategies
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management principles
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
Appropriate qualifications in hospitality or a related discipline
