Duty Manager at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all guests
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Supervise and support hotel staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees
  • Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch
