Duty Manager at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Supervise and support hotel staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees
- Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English and Dutch
