Job description

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them in a friendly and service-oriented manner with:

  • Providing advice on our travel packages

  • Answering questions about bookings

  • Making changes to reservations

  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

  • Keep abreast of the latest travel advisories, destination-specific regulations, and industry developments to provide clients with accurate and timely information.

You will communicate with customers via phone and chat, ensuring each one receives personalized and solution-focused support. To do this effectively, you’ll stay up to date with our diverse and ever-changing holiday offerings, both within and outside Europe.

Job requirements

  • A completed MBO-level education, preferably in tourism or communications

  • Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends

  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers

  • An enthusiastic, customer-friendly attitude with a problem-solving mindset

  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

  • Residency in Curaçao
