Concierge Supervisor at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao

Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge Supervisor to join our team in the Concierge department. As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge team and ensuring exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the Concierge team to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Coordinate guest requests and provide personalized assistance
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate records
• Assist with concierge services such as booking transportation, arranging tours, and recommending local attractions
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Job Requirements: Concierge Supervisor

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team
• Proficiency in English and Dutch; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Valid driver's license
