Concierge Manager Hotels & Resorts Curaçao

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge Manager to join our Concierge department. As the Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our concierge services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the concierge team, ensuring they deliver excellent service to guests
  • Coordinate and prioritize guest requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about local attractions, restaurants, and events to assist guests with recommendations and reservations
  • Oversee the organization and execution of special guest services, such as transportation arrangements and personalized experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and evaluate guest feedback, taking proactive measures to address any issues or concerns
  • Manage the concierge budget, including inventory control and expense management

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
