Concierge Agent at Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort

Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge Agent to join our Concierge department. As a Concierge Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our resort.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm and friendly introduction to our resort.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Arrange transportation, including airport transfers and car rentals, as requested by guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests, such as room service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area, ensuring all necessary resources and information are readily available.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Familiarity with computer systems and software, including MS Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
