Bellboy at Livingstone Jan Thiel Beach Resort Curacao

Livingstone Jan Thiel Beach Resort is seeking two enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Office team as Bellboys. As a Bellboy, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay.

• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure

• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities

• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

• Maintain the lobby area and entrance in a clean and organized manner

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work well in a team

• Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for long periods

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Proficiency in English, Dutch and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests

• Driving License is a must
