Livingstone Resort is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Food and Beverage (F&B) department as All-round F&B Employees at Livingstone Resort. As an All-round F&B Employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the F&B areas
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
