Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our Finance department. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks in the Finance department

  • Manage and maintain financial records and documents

  • Prepare and process petty cash and other financial documents

  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information

  • Support the Finance team in various financial tasks and projects

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters


Job requirements


  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or accounting setting

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
