Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our Finance department. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general administrative tasks in the Finance department
Manage and maintain financial records and documents
Prepare and process petty cash and other financial documents
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information
Support the Finance team in various financial tasks and projects
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
Job requirements
Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or accounting setting
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
